Customer’s security and safety is our primary priority. So we do our best to make sure that all our customers do not get into any form of problems after ordering from us. We understand that some research chemicals are not entirely legal in many countries. Hence we always do 100% discreet packaging, to ensure that your orders arrive at your destination without any problem. Packaging is 100% discreet. We package in vacuum sealed papers. Smell proof. We have a specialist involved in discreet packaging to ensure that the package gets through customs undetected. Delivery is 100% assured.

  • Firstly, NO SIGNATURE is required for ANY delivery. Customer Security is very important.

 

  • We do offer interstate, and worldwide shipping which is very Discreet, Secure and Safe and We give our customers 100% guarantee that your order will make it through customs of your country without any problems.

  • Double Vacuum Seal and Stealth Package on all orders so it can’t be scent detected by canine (dogs) or electronic sniffers,

  • If your shipment does not arrive, we can provide you with proof of shipment, and you are compensated but will give no refunds unless it is our error.

  • Stuff is professionally wrapped in an oily plastic, no smell, no x-ray penetration and cannot be detected even with the ION scanner. Then packaged into a PlayStation or X-box carton, so buyer receives stuff as though receiving a newly ordered game.

  • We do also send customised packages (diplomatic sealed ) which evade all custom checks. To avoid crushing, chemicals will come in small packages. This Envelope will be shipped via priority. 

 

Returns and Refunds

We will discount for any item the length of we have gotten the products back from you, and the item can be exchanged. The items need to be unused, unopened, with an expiry date of more than six months. We will just discount to your unique charge card utilised for that request – no exemptions.

Lost requests and reshipment

We will reship or discount for any lost request gave we are reached inside eight weeks from the boat date. No reshipment or discounts will be acknowledged if showed up for us following eight weeks.

We are cheerful to supplant any request that has not been conveyed, however, on the accompanying conditions:

1. An extra seven days have slipped by notwithstanding the standard conveyance time since the boat date.

2. The transportation location gave to us is right

If you have given a wrong address, you will be charged for the substitution request. At the point when/if the first application comes back to us we will reach you with the discount points of interest. The discount may take a few months as the “return” postage has not been paid.

Shipping

All orders are packaged very discreetly in padded envelopes with heat-sealed sachets inside, no mention of products names or the website name on the outside of the packages.

We ship to all countries including USA, Australia and New Zealand. We ship orders from multiple warehouses: China and some cases from EU, USA, Kazakhstan. Depending on what you want to order and where to send, as well as to stock availability, we will offer shipping from the optimal warehouse.

We can ship via Registered Airmail, EMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL. DHL is not good way nowadays. EMS or FedEx will better.

All orders are supplied with a tracking number. You will get it after your order has been shipped.

Shipping time: Registered Airmail: about 6-10 days EMS: about 4-6 days UPS, FedEx or DHL: about 2-3 days

We do not offer any guaranteed shipping dates, all estimated shipping dates and times are that of other carriers. If you have any complaints regards shipping times please take that up with the shipping/postal company.

Please wait at least 21 days before contacting us if your shipment has not arrived. Please note that we will no longer respond to any enquiries about the whereabouts your shipment is made within the first 21 days. As much as we want to provide excellent customer service, we get far too many enquiries like this and it takes up a lot of our time to reply to each one. There is nothing we say or do for you anyway, other than to tell you to be patient. We will not call or chase up orders until the 21 days period as passed. We will reship the order after 21 business days if it is not arrived and then file a claim for a lost package.

We do not offer reshipping or refunds if your envelope has been sized on the customs. But for some orders, we can have exceptions.

We can ship to “Poste Resistance”, but from our experience, it is an extremely high risk – these parcels seem to inexplicably disappear without a trace. We do not recommend it. But we can ship to a P.O. Box address if this need.

We do not supply free samples, there are sample amounts for sale on the website and very reasonably priced. If you have doubts about our company – please contact us by e-mail and we prove that you can trust us.

If you made a mistake when ordering, just send us a message in the order details and we‘ll cancel it for you. Then just go ahead and submit a new order.
